WHAT IS HYPNOSIS:
Contrary to popular belief hypnosis does not involve being placed under a spell or losing consciousness. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed state of consciousness that induces a deep sense of well being, which enables people to address issues that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.
Almost everyone remembers everything they say during hypnotherapy. Those that do not remember everything attest that this is simply due to the extreme relaxation achieved.
If you attend a hyponosis session, you will always be conscious of the therapist and every instruction that is given. You are always in control of your thoughts and actions. Each session lasts for approximately one hour. Although a doctor's referral is not required we recommend that you discuss any physical problems you may be experiencing with your doctor prior to commencing hypnotherapy.
